Competition day is over for another year. More shooters enjoyed the day than previously despite the damp weather in the afternoon. Well done to all and thanks to all adults that helped.

Putting the final touches together for this year’s event. All places have been prebooked this year, now we just need some sunny warm weather ;)

There is a huge difference between the commercial businesses running hotels and volunteer run campsites such as those run within Scouting.
Let's hope those in charge of this can make a sensible decision that will not force campsites across the country to close or increase their fees significantly.

I see all the time what a difference nights away experiences have on young people, that is why I am supporting The Scouts calls in regards to the proposed new Mayoral powers. We need to ensure that nights away is accessible to all!
