We’re now on a 6 day countdown to the best fun you’ll have this Easter 🥳 ! as Hebden Bridge prepares to go Totally Quackers ! Have you bought your tickets yet ???
Unfortunately finding somewhere to park is one of the biggest problems in Hebden Bridge and Calderdale Council have asked for people to use alternative transport wherever possible! Bank Holiday timetables permitting! So please plan an alternative to trying to park in Hebden Bridge if you can!
You could of course jump on the canal boat with Farmer Duck & Captain Scarlet - probably a bit safer than taking to the water with Hulk & Spider!
Whatever you decide - however you get there - we’re sure you’ll have a good day!
The Rotary Club of Hebden Bridge annual duck races start with the Business Race at 3pm and the Main Race at 3.15pm with the ducks competing for nearly £2000 worth of combined prizes!

STOP PRESS: we’re excited to announce that we’re able to open Wainhouse Tower for five ascents next Wednesday 6th March at 10am, 11am, 1pm, 2pm and 3pm.

The Rotary Club of Hebden Bridge are pleased to announce their annual duck race is back this year for all the family to enjoy a fun day out!
Tickets are on sale now from the website -

As usual there will be 2 races - the Business Duck Race at 3pm (more about that tomorrow) and the main race at 3.15pm, when the little yellow ducks costing £1 race each other down Hebden Water for the chance to win a £500 holiday voucher and cash prizes totalling £650!
With all profits going to charity, Rotary needs your help not only to buy tickets so they can start towards their £1 million target - but also as a Volunteer to help run the event - we’ll tell you more about how you can do that in following posts - or you can visit www.hebdenbridgerotary.org.uk!
