Our summerhouse, freshly painted in Fenwick & Tilbrook, Norfolk Flint shade. A lovely spot to enjoy a late afternoon cup of tea or early evening tipple. It’s perfectly positioned in the garden to catch the last of the evening warmth from the sun.

We are lucky to be spending a few days ourselves at Willow Cottage getting it ready for the early summer season. Late afternoon yesterday we drove from the cottage, through the picturesque roads 25 mins to Thornham and followed the circular walk to the beach as the sun was setting. Just stunning …….

All Saints Church, our village church in Helhoughton has been decorated beautifully by our local community for the Pumpkin, Gourd & Dahlia Festival and drinks party last weekend. It looks stunning and will remain decorated throughout the week until the Harvest Festival service this coming Sunday 16th October at 10.30am.

Walsingham, a charming village on the banks of the River Stiffkey. A delight to walk around including the grounds of Walsingham Abbey. There is a great farm shop there, filled with the best of fresh Norfolk produce. Two pubs, cafes and antique shops. It
is also home to the Wells & Walsingham Light Railway, why not take an open carriage train ride to Wells next the Sea.
