After 2 gruelling, steep 12 mile sections on the North coast around Crackington Haven, Liz's quest to finish walking all the Cornish coast path took a more relaxing turn today. Joined by Mr P, we got the bus to Penzance, walked along the sea front, through Wherrytown and into Newlyn where we had lunch at a fave cafe, picked up fresh fish for supper at our fave fish shop, then on to Mousehole. Surprising amount of interest along the way including Jubilee Pool, the Ross swingbridge, the fishing fleet and fish market at Newlyn and the old Penlee Lifeboat Station. 4 miles and an astonishing 30 ft of ascent!!! Cracking day!
