My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. We are situated off the ( A394 ) Penzance to Helston road , with Rinsey Beach just down the road and Praa Sands Beach 2 miles away , with plenty of coastal walks near by and also Tregonning Hill just behind us, with its views of both the North & Sou

th coast of our lovely county . We have a local pub that cooks food every day , and finally we will be pleased to give you any information of the local area you may require. You will be in a very large Bedroom with lots of storage ,there also is a wash basin in your room, and SKY TV for your entertainment , Tea and Coffee facilities as well. The Bathroom has plenty of room in it for you as well , and if you want to come down and sit in the conservatory make yourselves at home , see you in the dinning room for Breakfast each morning !!!!
