We love welcoming hikers from the South West Coast Path to Little Trevothan!

Every year, we meet people tackling different sections of this stunning trail. But a huge shoutout to one of our recent guests who was walking the entire 630 miles in about two months! That is some serious dedication.

Little Trevothan proudly supports the path through the Way Maker Plus scheme, helping to keep this incredible asset safe and accessible all year round.

📍 Are you walking the path? Don't forget that we are an official Passport Stamping Point! Just ask us at check-in, and we’ll gladly stamp your passport for the West Cornwall section of your journey.

⛺ BIG NEWS FROM LITTLE TREVOTHAN!

As well as our set opening times for our campsite shop, we are now introducing Flexible Opening Hours!

What does that mean? It means if we are in the house, we are open!

Disclaimer: We do occasionally have to leave our natural habitat to run the park (grass grows, holiday caravans and shower blocks don't clean themselves—you know how it is). If we’re out wrestling with a lawnmower or chasing a rogue tent peg, the shop will be temporarily closed. Just look for signs of life!

We have crammed in as much stuff as humanly possible without violating the laws of physics. Come grab:

The Ultimate Breakfast Pack: Local milk, eggs, bacon, and sausages. 🥓🍳

☀️ Welcome to the Cornish sunshine! ☀️

We are officially ready for half term here at Little Trevothan Camping and Caravan Park! We can’t wait to welcome all of our campers, tourers, and holiday caravan guests arriving this weekend.

Staying with us until Tuesday? Or live just down the road?

We are thrilled to welcome back the Dig in burger van! They’re rolling in with a brand-new, bigger van and an even bigger menu.

⏰ When: Tuesday, 5 PM – 8 PM
📍 Where: Parked up by the games room
👥 Who: Everyone is welcome (guests and locals alike!)

With the evenings looking beautifully warm, it’s the perfect excuse to dine al fresco. Grab a cold bottle of something from our onsite shop (or bring your own!) and enjoy a night off from cooking. 🥂

Welcome to Helston Flora Day: May 8th
Prepare yourselves for the annual ritual of rhythmic skipping and "The Tune" that won't leave your head until June.

The Vibe: High-stakes frolicking through shops and houses. If they’re wearing morning suits and lilies of the valley, it’s tradition; if not, it’s just a very organized chase.

The Band: The Helston Town Band will be playing that iconic melody on a loop. It’s glorious. It’s relentless. You will hum it in your sleep.

Two orca, killer whales, spotted by Steve Backshall off the coast of Lizard Point yesterday (2nd April not 1st!) heading west towards Mounts Bay.

Now the electricity is back on (and the water and mobile signal) we thought we'd share some of the fun and games Goretti bestowed on us on Thursday evening. No major damage but a lot of chain saw-ing to be done! Every tree that came down missed caravans and buildings which was quite amazing, some by just inches.
We have now contacted everyone who has a touring caravan or static home here, either by phone or email, and are just pleased that no major damage or harm was caused.
