On 7th March, and other Ramada/Ramada Encore hotels will cycle across the country from Ramada Encore Inverness to Ramada Encore Chatham ‘LIVE’ from the hotel reception.

Please follow the link to donate!!

Hotel staff including Sales managers and General Managers with jump on an exercise bike situated in the hotel reception to complete their share of the cross- country journey.

Beyond the Moon believes that every child must get the chance to be a child and enjoy life. Beyond the Moon provides vacations for underprivileged children and families with sick children.

Last year we raised enough money to send two families on a ‘once in a lifetime’ holiday and this year we hope to raise even more money and help more families.

7 March 2012 Charity Bike Ride for Beyond the Moon.

For the second year in a row, 13 Ramada hotels in the UK (BDL Hotel Group) will be holding a charity bike ride in favour of Beyond the Moon: The distance from Ramada Encore Inverness via each of the 13 Ramada hotels down to Disneyland Resort Paris and back up to the Glasgow Office is 2184 miles.

Therefore, a total of 2184 miles will be cycled with each hotel completing a minimum of 168 miles. The Challenge will take place on Wednesday 7th March starting at 7:00 a.m.

Each hotel can cycle as many miles as they like, and go on for as long as they like, but must do the minimum of 168 miles.

Staff are taking part in a Charity Bike Ride which will take place on Wednesday 7th March 2012 at 07:00am in the hotel reception area.

The challenge will be the equivalent to starting from the Ramada Encore Inverness down through our 13 hotels in the division across to Paris and back up to the Glasgow office. The total miles of the journey is 2,184 making each leg 168 miles long.

Following last years success where funds raised made it possible to send two families on holiday, we have chosen to do a similar fund raising event.

A big thank you goes to Virgin Active Health Club (Maylands Avenue Hemel Hempstead), who will be supporting the event by supplying us with the exercise bike! We wouldnt be able to achieve this without them.
