Beach, you say? Yes.... there are nearby beaches all along The Wye in Herefordshire with some excellent spots for paddling, canoeing, paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing, dog walking, and just sitting by and chilling out!

We may not be on the coast, but we have beautiful rivers with lovely beaches - and the water quality right now is excellent :)

A guests favourite, and yes it has great access for those with mobility difficulties 😊 which is one of the reasons we recommend it to our guests.

Just had a lovely email from a guest who stayed with us in July, they have added a review to our website too.

'My family and I (3 generations) spent the last week of July at Rosedale.
What a wonderfully adapted bungalow which met the needs of us all without looking like hospital rehab but a wonderful holiday home.
The bungalow was so well equipped- lounge, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms - just as the owners advertised. The gardens were incredible with all sorts of little hidden areas to sit and relax.
My grandchildren loved playing with our little dog in the garden, relaxing in the hot tub or exploring the games/ playroom. They were 8 and 6 - Top of their list was a picnic in the wildflower garden alongside the stream that runs through the garden.
Peterchurch has a local village store and several pubs / restaurants many more within the area. We also had a Morrisons .com delivery. Others also deliver.
Pauline was a wonderful hostess with loads of suggestions as to where to visit which would meet the needs of our family. Nothing I could complain about.'
