The Garway Moon Inn is a family-run Freehouse which is popular with locals and tourists alike. Dating back to the 18th century as a pub, it overlooks the Garway common. The pub offers a cosy restaurant and a bar with a roaring fire. We are proud to provide an extensive menu sourced wherever possible from our local farmers and boast a large range of ales and ciders. You can relax in the beer garden

on a warm sunny day whilst allowing the children to play on the common and play area. Three 4-star AA rated B&B rooms are situated over the bar and restaurant - perfect for visiting family in the area, or an ideal location to explore the Wye Valley and the South Wales borders. View the beautiful countryside on one of our many walking trails with panoramic views from Garway Hill or visit the Knights Templar church built in 1180 and dovecote built in 1326 located in the village.

Today marks 8 amazing years since Ash & Andreza took over The Garway Moon Inn!🌙🍻

What an unforgettable journey it’s been - filled with lots of hard work, challenges, laughter, late nights, incredible people and memories we’ll treasure forever.

Over the years, this little pub has become so much more than just a business. It’s been a place for celebrations, reunions, quiet drinks by the fire, Sunday lunches, music, stories and moments that bring people together. Seeing familiar faces walk through our doors week after week has meant more to us than words can say.

We honestly couldn’t have done it without the support of our loyal locals, wonderful visitors, amazing staff, friends, family and the entire community who have stood beside us through every high and low. Your kindness, encouragement and support have helped make The Garway Moon Inn the special place it is today.

To everyone who has shared a drink or a meal, celebrated a milestone, laughed with us, supported us or simply stopped by over the last 8 years - thank you from the bottom of our hearts. ❤️
