Yesterday Up on a Hill, in collaboration with , hosted a Black Mountains Challenge for a group from Impax Asset Management. After a night at our hill top glamping site, they started their 27km hike from the Red Darren Carpark, up onto the Offa’s D**e path, back via the Bulls Head pub and finished at Lower Maes-coed for a BBQ and beers. The weather held off and a great adventure was had by all.

On Saturday, we had a birthday away day and walked one of our local walks from The Darren carpark, up the mountain and onto the Offa D**e path. It’s such a great walk and the views from the top are absolutely breathtaking. Highly recommend.

Lovely to wake up to this great review this morning. This group booked the whole glamping site for two nights, for their friends surprise 30th birthday. We are now getting ready for more 30th birthday celebrations this weekend.

The view from bed in our holiday house in Ewyas Harold looks amazing today!! Trosnant, has three bedrooms, superking sized comfy beds, a huge garden and south facing patio!
