A Victorian house, Elmsleigh has recently been completely renovated, bringing it back to life with a warm, cosy feel! We have two double bedrooms, both with ensuite shower rooms and one Twin Room which adjoins the Main Bathroom. Rooms are bright and spacious with tea/coffee making facilities and views of the Cusop countryside. Hay-on-Wye is just a short walk from Elmsleigh where you can find world

famous book shops, cafes, pubs, a Thursday market and of course fantastic walks, we are minutes from the Offa's D**e Path. We offer the choice of a cooked breakfast together with homemade bread, muffins and cakes.
