🐾 A little Leo update... 🐾

A few weeks ago, we welcomed a very special new resident to Caplor Glamping & Lodges—a rescue cat looking for a fresh start.

We're so happy to say he's settled in beautifully! 🐱💚 He's grown in confidence every day, loves exploring his new surroundings, and has quickly made himself part of the family.

Thank you to everyone who has asked how he's getting on and has given him a gentle hello during their stay. Rescue animals just need a little patience, kindness and a place to feel safe—and we think he's found exactly that.

If you're lucky, you might even spot him enjoying the sunshine during your next visit! ☀️

A stay with us is about more than escaping to the countryside—it's about treading a little lighter on the planet too.

💚 Our electricity is generated from on-site solar panels and wind turbine.
💧 Our fresh water comes from a borehole.
🔋 We have an on-site EV charger, making it easy to recharge both yourself and your electric vehicle.
🪵 Firewood is sourced from naturally fallen trees.
♻️ Wastewater is treated through our environmentally friendly BioPure system.
🌱 Wood ash from our fire pits is composted and returned to the land.

We're proud to be a small family-run business doing our bit to protect the beautiful Herefordshire countryside that surrounds us, while creating a relaxing escape for our guests.

We're delighted to introduce the newest member of the team – Leo, our 6-year-old rescue Bengal from RSPCA Millbrook Animal Centre

Leo is incredibly intelligent, very chatty, and very sociable. You'll find him greeting guests, supervising the glamping site, or following new friends around for a chat.

He prefers not to be picked up, but he's always happy to keep you company.
