Sunday: 12noon-3pm. Pub Hours Tuesday 5pm to close: Wednesday to Saturday 12 noon to close. Sunday 12 noon to 6pm. All our ales are brewed at the McMullen's Brewery, a traditional English brewery operating out of the neighbouring town of Hertford since 1827. All rooms include an en-suite with a bath & shower, tea & coffee making facilities and a full English Breakfast is included in the price. Relaxing and colourful gardens, including a separate children's play area. Just a five minute walk from the train station with excellent links to Hertford and London. And good bus connections to local attractions and towns. A warm welcome awaits you at the Baker Arms. There is ample car parking, and a large children’s play area available to the rear of the pub. The Baker Arms also offers an excellent standard of en-suite accommodation at competitive rates.

Very sad day today, handed the keys back to McMullens. The Baker Arms is no more.😢😢

Good day to all of our customers. Today is a VERY sad day as the time has come for us to close the Baker Arms for the last time.
Bev and I do this with very heavy hearts. But Family must come first, as some of you know Bev’s folks up in North Yorkshire are not well.
However, we do want to say the biggest thank you that we can and are Extremely grateful for the support we received from all of you.
So with that we bid you goodbye.
