We are looking forward to the 40th annual Allendale Fair, taking place on Saturday 16th and Sunday 17th July. It will be our first and we are excited to experience it, they have a lot going on - Clog and Morris Dancers, loads of live music on both days, fairground rides and craft stalls to name but a little! My new bed and breakfast is open and ready to welcome guests. Hotspur House is in Allendale, Northumberland. The town is located in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, there are glorious walks right from the doorstop, and cycle rides for the more energetic! The area is steeped in history, close to Hadrians Wall, and there is plenty of cultural entertainment close by too. We have three en-suite bedrooms, two double with king sized beds and one twin. The house has an enlcosed back garden, alive with bird song if you would like to just sit and relax, and a lovely Georgian fireplace in the sitting room for those cooler days. We hope to see you soon.
