Just in case you didn’t know… Sara Cox starts her great Northern Marathon Challenge in Kielder tomorrow morning - and we are thrilled to welcome her!

This incredible challenge, for Children In Need, sees her running five marathons in five days ending in Leeds on Friday afternoon.

Come and cheer her on - and along the route - as she sets off from Tower Knowe at 8.10am.

You can follow her route and progress on BBC Radio 2 and on the BBC website which will have live updates.

Loving the different characters the puppies are now showing. This little one is the smallest in the litter, he nearly always sleeps on his back (on top of all his brothers and sisters!) Don’t tell anyone… but he’s my favourite 🐶
