The photos don’t do this project justice.
Empty landing space which wasn’t used for much. We erected stud walls to form this big main bathroom and to the side and walk in wardrobe. Alcove made for walking wet room shower with Italian marble tiles on floor and walls, rain head shower valve set up, herringbone vinyl wood effect flooring, stone in chimney breast undergone some needle gun work and was sealed, new pipe work and wastes throughout, close coupled pan and cistern, double basin unit with wall lights and mirror above, column radiator in bathroom and also hallway outside, lovely roll top bath informer of window with freestanding tap. Absolutely stunning bathroom.

Another bathroom project before and after pictures.
Freestanding bath, heritage basin and pedestal, heritage pan and cistern, walk in shower set up with shower valve and rain head, fully tiled inside shower area, bathroom grade click vinyl flooring,

Things have been very busy for a long time so I thought I would show you what has been going on with a weekly post showcasing some of the bathrooms and work that’s been going on.
First of all we will start with what was a cloakroom toilet and storage room. We knocked the dividing wall down to create one big space. New electrics, fully insulated and plasterboarded, floor self levelled, walkin shower tray with rain head heritage shower, basin unit and basin, column style radiator behind the door and a high level heritage cistern and pan set up. Tiled floor with feature tile. Fully tiled with white metro tiles inside shower area and wall panelling half height to other walls.

Recent bathroom completed in Risdale.
Bathroom was dark and most of the bathroom was taking up by the old airing cupboard sitting right in the middle of the room. We removed the old suite and wall tiles, removed carpet from floor and removed airing cupboard. The airing cupboard still had existing heating pipes in the bottom , so these had to be relocated under the floor.
Walk in shower tray was fitted.
Natural white furniture run, consisting of Wc, basin and storage unit.
Oak wark top.
Karndean Palio core oak flooring.
White heating and electrical towel rail.
Walls that aren’t tiled were re plastered.
Tiles fitted inside shower area and behind furniture. Matt white tile.

Recent bathroom completed in Ponteland.
Old dates bathroom and tiles removed as elderly couple were not longer able to get in and out the bath.
Walk in shower tray fitted with cool touch thermostatic shower valve.
Stone grey furniture run, consisting of basin and Wc.
Tall chrome towel rail.
Matt grey tiles with accent feature tile running up the middle of two walls.
Karndean Palio core flooring.
Grab rails fitted on request by customer for assistance in and out of the shower.

Small bathroom renovation done recently. Shower bath installed, fully tiled around bath area and then half height on other walls, washed oak flooring installed, grey basin and Wc unit fitted with isocast basin worktop, straight chrome towel rail fitted, electric shower, door changed to bifold door to allow more space and the feeling of a bigger bathroom. Joinery work carried out by Natalie Bratchvogel Joinery services.

Another recent bathroom completed. Quadrant shower enclosure removed and a small 1500mm single ended bath installed, Vinyl looselay oak flooring, faded green rustic metro tiles, oak wall hung basin unit with brushed brass handle and frame, BTW toilet fitted, concealed shower valves with bath filler from overflow, big 300mm rain head shower, white straight towel rail.
