Two of our lovely office ladies swapped their desks for rolling pins and headed to the Old Original Bakewell Pudding Shop to have a go at making their very own traditional Bakewell puddings!
And the best bit? This is just one of the many lovely experiences you can enjoy while staying with us at The Gathering in Edale. 🌿
From beautiful countryside walks to discovering local traditions (and enjoying a sweet treat or two!), there’s so much to explore right on our doorstep.

💦 FUN FACT FRIDAY WITH GEOFF! 🌿
Long before wild swimming became trendy, Geoff was already doing it! 😂
Back when Geoff was just 10 years old, he’d come here for a dip. No fancy names, no social media… it was simply known as the pool!
Fast forward a few years (we won’t say how many, Geoff! 😉), and it’s now known as the Plunge Pool, attracting visitors looking for a refreshing dip in beautiful Edale.
Same pool, different name… and Geoff was there before it was cool! 💦🤣
