Sea Breeze Highcliffe Holiday rental on unspoilt Dorset coast. 5 minutes walk to the beach 10 minutes drive to New Forest Stuart Road, Highcliffe, Dorset. Transport is not a problem.

This is a three bedroom property, in excellent decorative order with off street parking located five minutes walk from the picturesque beaches at Christchurch Bay and a short drive/bus journey to the historic priory town of Christchurch. For the more energetic the bay offers an ideal spot for windsurfing, kayaking and off road cycling, or you may just fancy a walk along the coastal paths or throu

gh one of the many nature reserves which have been declared sites of special scientific interest for the plants, wildlife and birds. There are numerous golf courses, lakes and rivers offering day tickets for fishing and designated cycle routes. Highcliffe castle is within easy walking distance with it’s popular tea rooms. The property is situated in a quiet residential road only a few hundred yards from the local shops, with an array of antiques, restaurants and pubs. The New Forest National Park is only ten minutes by car offering a wide range of outdoor activities with it’s quaint villages and panoramic landscapes making it fun for all the family. There are local buses, that travel between the towns of Lymington and Bournemouth, a regular train services from the nearby Hinton Admiral Station that will take you into Southampton or Bournemouth and the road network offers you easy access along the south coast. The Property comprises of:

Strictly no smoking in the property. Pets are allowed although we do ask that they be kept off the furniture especially the beds
Payment. Cheque or bank transfer
Changeover day; Friday
Short breaks are available in Low season (1st October – 31st May)
Rates include electric and gas charges plus linen and towels for five persons
