This is one of my favourite shots 👑✨ — Queen Camilla chatting with my little niece Eloise about her recent win at the Balmoral Show Young Handlers competition 🐷🏆 for her performance with her pigs!

My sister Rosemary, in the background, is an incredible support to me ❤️ covering everything from café ☕️ and breakfast 🍳 shifts to admin duties 💻.

Olia, on the left of the frame, has — like most of our team — been with us since shortly after we opened 🙌. Originally from Ukraine 🇺🇦, Olia is such a reliable member of the team and always smiling 😊✨.

And as for my son Austin on the right… well, he simply didn’t want to miss all the excitement 😂🎉!
