As winter approaches the Suffolk countryside, Ian’s Clockroom offers a quiet retreat from it all. Tucked away in our courtyard, this large principal room pairs centuries-old original wooden beams with a sumptuous super king bed and sofas made for leisurely evenings.

It’s THAT time of year again !!!!!

Took these into Chef today. Look out for pictures of preserved goods, to be used later in the year.😊

Autumn Afternoon Tea has arrived 🍂

Highlights include coffee and walnut delice, yoghurt panna cotta with fermented blackberries, cinnamon and Hintlesham Hall apple scones served and home grown plum jam

£32pp or upgrade to Laurent-Perrier Ch*****ne Afternoon Tea for £55pp (with a flight of three tasting glasses)

Served 12pm - 4pm Monday to Saturday, and 2pm–5pm on Sunday.
