Like the weather, we've turned up the thermostat, and things are cooking up a treat! 🔥🔥🔥🌡📈

Since our last update, about a month ago, we've been busy in the property world, from networking to learning new strategies to no-money-down deals! 💥💥💥

Some of our BIGGEST achievements for June/July. 👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼

👉🏼 Homely Delight picked up their first rent2SA unit on June 16th, welcomed by multiple bookings, one of them being a 21-day booking that generated £6,300. 👌🏼😎

👉🏼 An even bigger and better achievement was collaborating with Maison 19, where we secured a rent2SA, no-money-down, 3-year booking that equates to £172,000. 😉🍻
As a result, we've decided to joint-venture and set up a new company called SolFar Property Solutions. 👁👁

👉🏼 L'impero Sol is going strong, where most of our properties within the portfolio are occupied. 🪨✊️
We've decided to sell 50% shares of the business. We are open to venturing with individuals equally driven and as passionate about the UK property market as company founder Jon Solitro. 🏠🏡🏘

👉🏼 Jon Solitro signed up for elite mentorships with property legends Katy Wilson and Paul Preston, specialising in Deal Packaging, HMOs and other strategies. 🤯🧠📈💥💥💥

So at the weekend, we attended Money Maker Intensive with Property Guru, Paul Preston.

It was a fantastic event where we learnt various strategies to maximise rental income and ways to add substantial value to any property. 💥💥💥
