Please allow me to formally introduce myself to you if we've not had the privilege of meeting already.
My name is Jon Solitro, and I have been passionately investing in property since 2007; however, in 2019, I wanted to make an impact and began taking my property investments more seriously. So I decided to scale my business (L'impero Sol) whilst working other jobs, growing my portfolio to 6 freehold blocks that consist of 18 self-contained apartments and two commercial units.
This year on February 14th, we launched our new business, Homely Delight, as we were keen to help letting agents and landlords with a problem-free, hands-off alternative to buy-to-let property.
We noticed that this space was becoming stricter and highly challenging to make a profit due to tax regulations, compliance and the rise in living costs.
