Looking for somewhere special to host an upcoming birthday, anniversary, family gathering or simply an excuse to get your favourite people around the table?

Here at The Farmhouse, we have three private dining rooms to choose from, each with its own character and countryside charm. This is The Oak Room, perfect for intimate celebrations and memorable get-togethers.

Enjoy seasonal dishes from our farm-to-fork menu, or make an occasion of it with one of our sharing feasting menus or tasting experiences paired with wine. Whatever you’re celebrating, our team will work with you to make it feel personal and special.

Good food, great wine, your favourite people… sometimes that’s all you need.

Freshly picked from our no-dig garden and heading just a few steps into the Farmhouse kitchen… it doesn’t get much more local than that. 🍓🌿

If you’d like to enjoy produce grown right here on site, join us for lunch, dinner or drinks on the terrace this summer. With the sunshine set to return, we’d always recommend booking ahead to secure your table, although you’re always welcome to pop by and we’ll do our best to find you a seat.

Farmhouse Moments ☀️
May certainly brought the sunshine… along with garden dining, terrace cocktails and plenty of foodie moments.

From our Evening with Nyetimber and sunny afternoons on the terrace, to the no-dig garden bursting into life and inspiring new seasonal dishes, it’s been wonderful to see The Farmhouse settle into its warm-weather rhythm.

We’ve loved seeing guests enjoying our Weekday Kitchen lunches in the sunshine, lingering over seasonal salads and a glass of wine, while the team have been busy planning for the months ahead. Garden-to-glass cocktails have been flowing, conversations around the firepit, and Feast Over Fire has made a welcomed return to the lawn.

Perhaps most exciting of all, the garden is now officially open for the season… ready for long lunches, relaxed dinners, sunny drinks with friends and all the moments in between.

Here’s a little look back at May at The Farmhouse… from the team, the kitchen, the garden and some of the moments that made May so special.

Sunshine, a glass of wine and a delicious lunchtime salad out on the terrace… honestly, there’s not much better.

And when the sun is shining like this, we’d always recommend booking ahead if you can as the terrace and garden fills up quickly. But if you’re passing by, feel free to pop in and we’ll always do our best to find you a table.

Golden hour cocktails in the garden… yes please 🍸☀️ Long lunches turning into evening drinks, sunshine across the terrace and our team shaking cocktails while the garden fills up for the Bank Holiday weekend.

If you’re joining us over this weekend or half term, we’d highly recommend booking ahead to grab your spot in the garden… it’s looking like a very sunny one. Happy long weekend everyone ☀️

We are more than ready for a gloriously sunny Bank Holiday weekend and half term here at The Farmhouse.

The garden is looking beautiful, the tables are set, cocktails are waiting to be shaken and it really is the perfect time to come and spend a few hours in the sunshine with us… whether that’s drinks on the terrace, lunch in the garden or dinner in the Orangery.

We’ve also got our first Feast Over Fire BBQ this Monday, with local meats cooked over flame, seasonal salads inspired by what’s growing in the no-dig garden and plenty of food and drink served out on the lawns throughout the afternoon.

If you’re planning to join us this Bank Holiday weekend, we’d highly recommend booking a table. And if you find yourself passing by over half term, pop in… we’ll always do our best to find you a spot in the sunshine.
