Yesterday, we had the pleasure of hosting our very first w**e and food tasting event and what a wonderful evening it was!

We were so delighted to welcome such a lovely crowd, who enjoyed an evening of brilliant w**es and delicious food.

Our w**e expert, Freddie Bisinotto shared his knowledge and passion for the gorgeous w**es, while our Head Chef, Christophe Preudat, created a delicious selection of dishes to complement them perfectly.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make our first tasting such a special one!

We’re so excited to introduce you to Freddie Bisinotto! Freddie is the Director of FLB W**e & Spirits and brings an incredible 35 years of w**e expertise within the restaurant and hotel trade.

Throughout his career, he has supplied w**es to some of the UK’s top Michelin starred restaurants and worked directly alongside some of the country’s most renowned chefs.

Freddie will be joining us as our wonderful w**e expert for our W**e Tasting & Food Event at The Priory Hotel on September 24th.

Freddie’s expertise doesn’t stop at knowing his w**es! He has an extensive knowledge of the history and stories behind each bottle, making this much more than just a tasting, it’s also an opportunity to discover, learn and enjoy w**e in a whole new way.
