This charming self catering cottage is a converted barn (May2017) and comprises of 2 bedrooms, a twin/super king with en-suite and a king size with adjacent bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with dining table and a living room. Sleeping up to 6 (taking into account a sofa bed in the living room), Boothswood Barn is an ideal base for families and groups of friends looking to visit the surrounding ar

eas of our very own Holbrook village, the thriving town of Belper, the idyllic countryside within the Peak District or, of course, the bustling cities of Derby or Nottingham. Holbrook on it's own has much to offer, a village shop, post office, 3 public houses - Dead Poets Inn, The Spotted Cow and The Wheel Inn all of which have great beer selections and the latter two additionally serving full food menus. We also have a community ran cafΓ© - The Spotted Calf, offering hot drinks, cakes, light lunches etc. Holbrook is also a great location for walkers and cyclists with many paths and circular routes nearby.
