If you're looking to get away from it all and want a break that won't cost the earth you'll love Holme Valley Camping and Caravan Park, nestling in a corner of the valley on the edge of the Peak District. We are a family run park of 3 generations. We strive to keep our business as green as possible and make the effort to protect our local wildlife and their habitats.

Our spooky Woodland Halloween Trail is waiting for you..! 👻

Collect a Trail Booklet with trail clues, Halloween woodland activities and puzzles from the park shop/reception. Just decide whether you follow it in daylight or dark! 🧙‍♀️

All Halloween adventurers receive a treat, certificate and a chance to enter our Design a Pumpkin competition. 🎃

No need to book, our Halloween Trail will be out during the school holiday week Friday 23rd October until Sunday 1st November and costs £3.50 per child and £3 for siblings. Just call into the park shop/reception before we close at 7pm on Fridays, 6pm on Saturdays and 5pm Sunday to Thursday. 🌙 🌳

..the witches are flying around the shop and... ..if you go down to the woods during the October school holidays, you'll be in for a spooky surprise!

Pick up a Halloween Activity Booklet and Trail Map from the shop and head to the woods to do our Halloween Trail! 👻

Running from Thursday 1st October to Sunday 4th October and organised by the friendly group Holmfirth Walkers are Welcome, all guided walks are free of charge.
🥾 With 3 or 4 walks per day, varying in distance and difficulty, there is plenty to choose from.
🥾 Enjoy this beautiful autumnal weather and the stunning landscapes of the Holme Valley!
