We 🥰 our 🍕 & 🍸 tonight supporting another local business Gotland Gin on the First Friday Pizza night 😋

So you asked and we listened. We are extending our opening hours on Friday for the next four weeks.
If it is successful we will continue for the rest of the summer🙌

We will also be selling handmade pizzas 5-7pm please book so we can plan and there is little to no waste.

🐾 Hot dogs welcome… literally! ☀️

One of the benefits of us being on-site next door is that we’re here to help our guests as soon as they arrive 😊

Yesterday, on the hottest 🥵 day of the year so far, our guests arrived with no working air conditioning in their car…

Luckily, we had our dog paddling pool ready to go! Filled with fresh water from our well, their furry friend was soon cooling off and enjoying a splash around in the orchard 💦🐶🌳

It’s the little touches that can make all the difference on holiday ❤️

👋 Welcome to our page – we thought we’d take a moment to introduce ourselves!

We’re Chris and Laura, the owners of Town Farm. We live in the adjoining farmhouse with our two German Shorthaired Pointers Flint and Tarka 🐾

Alongside running Town Farm, we both work as consultants in the engineering and construction sector👷 🏗️

Flint and Tarka are full of energy and love nothing more than running, walking, and playing. Flint (black & white ticked) is happiest snuggled up and leaning in, while Tarka (solid liver) is always zooming about!

Since moving here in December 2019, we’ve been lovingly refurbishing and upgrading Town Farm, while making the most of being so close to the coast on the North Devon–Cornwall border 🏡 🌊

With beautiful woodlands and breathtaking coastal walks on the doorstep, there’s plenty to discover - historic castles, rolling moors, and regular farmers’ and craft markets. Plus, not one but two sea pools nearby at Bude Sea Pool and Westward Ho!, perfect for a refreshing dip on sunny days 🏊

Saturdays usually start bright and early for us with a Canicross 🐕-🏃‍♂️around Tamar Lake at 8am. Sometimes we squeeze in a second lap or volunteer at Tamar Lakes parkrun - always followed by breakfast at Tamar Lake Café (they make our welcome tray 🍰 too!) 😋

We’re close by if you need anything during your stay. Otherwise, it’s your time to arrive, switch off, unwind, and enjoy your holiday making memories 🌅

☀️ Sunday Stroll ☀️

No rush, no crowds - just fresh air, great views, and a chance to properly switch off ☺️

We spent a slow, beautiful morning wandering along part of the Bude Aqueduct Trail from Vealand Nature Reserve 🌳🐶🐾

Butterflies drifted past, bees busy in the wildflowers, birdsong all around and even a buzzard overhead 🦋🐦‍⬛🐝

For over an hour, we didn’t see another soul - Just us, nature, and the quiet 😊

A quick loop of Bradworthy moor between the heavy showers ☔️
