The meats for today’s carvery are our succulent beef brisket & roasted bones & rolled lamb shoulder.

Desserts today are lemon curd cheesecake with clotted cream or chocolate brownie, chocolate sauce and vanilla ice cream.

**NOTICE OF NEW SUNDAY CARVERY TIMES**

We are trialing our Sunday carvery hours for a couple of weeks to see if it’s what you the customer would like.

If it doesn’t work we will be back to our normal times and menu which will be highlighted if such change happens.

So for this week and the next Sunday we will be running our carvery from 12pm through until 8pm.

We hope that this change will enable those that want to make the most of their Sunday daytime but still be able to come along later and enjoy our carvery.

We are looking to add to The Olde Market Inn team.

We are Looking for a part time member of staff to join our small friendly front of house team. The hours are varied due to the need of the business there will be some weekday shifts and weekend shifts available. Applicants need to be over 21 with some previous experience in hospitality. We are looking for someone who can work as part of a team but also run a busy front of house service. They will need to have great communication and customer service skills, effectively communicating between chefs, and other front of house members. They will need to process food and drink orders efficiently by tills and tablets, be able to learn all aspects of front of house responsibilities.

We are also looking for as and when staff to support our front of house team. Ideally suitable for any school leavers or college students.

Due to the amazing lush hot weather we are experiencing at the moment we have decided that we will not be doing our normal roast today but instead we will be doing a selection of salads & ploughmans lunches.
