Chasty House Barn Chasty House Barn, holiday home situated just outside the market town of Holsworthy Chasty House Barn was purchase by it's current owners in 2014.

These beautifully converted pair of barns have been thoughtfully created as a bespoke holiday let. The property has four bedrooms, can sleep up to 7 people and is dog friendly. It has a well equipped kitchen with double oven, hob and extractor, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, Dulce Gusto coffee machine, kettle, four slice toaster and a popcorn maker! The lounge has a large screen TV wi

th Google Chromecast installed, a Wii and a Hi-fi with DAB radio/CD and iPod connectivity. The dining area seats 8 people with an additional highchair if required. The four bedrooms consist of :- one king, one twin, one double with a daybed and one single room There’s a great garden with a large lawn, patio area with bbq, lovely countryside views, lots of parking and faces south for all day sunshine! The quaint market town of Holsworthy is just a walk away and the nearest pub just ten minutes walk.Only 20 minutes to the seaside town of Bude.

It’s the final week at the barn, lots going on! Plumber in to install the boiler and reconnect all the water. Electrician in to put up lights, install hob and extractor. Digger and dumper hired to hide the 50 tonne mound of earth, top soil and turf on standby!

Good trip down to the Barn Wednesday. Great to finally see the windows and doors in, loving the large patio door opening onto the new patio. Floor down and issulated, walls almost ready for plastering and electrics in. Lounge is full of kitchen units, new appliances and flooring. Plastering and exterior render being done Monday/Tuesday and then things will really start to take shape.
