Our Story

The Molesworth Arms re-open for business in Dec 2015 after been shut up for 2 years! Our simple aim and ethos was to run a friendly pub that consistently serves good food, local ales/ciders, quality wines & freshly roasted coffee in a comfortable and relaxing environment.

We build close ties with our supplies and help generate business within the local economy. Our meat and fish are sourced from local suppliers and we now have a poly tunnel where we grow as much of our own fruit, vegetables and herbs for our kitchen as we can.

All our dishes are prepared & made from scratch in our kitchen by our Head Chef Mark who has a passion for interesting, but un-complicated, country style cooking. We have our own on-site smokery & during the summer months we open up our outdoor kitchen with a wood fired pizza oven serving delicious handmade pizzas & a BBQ to fire up on special occasions.

We can accommodate private functions and parties and hold regular meetings for our local interest groups and businesses. We also have now two luxury letting rooms with en-suite bath/shower rooms.
