We’d love to tell you this dish was inspired by a long culinary journey through the flavours of Asia.

Truth is, we're obsessed with Christo's pakoras and needed an excuse to put them back on the menu 🧑‍🍳

So naturally, we built a whole dish around them. Tandoori-marinated rump of lamb, spiced red lentils, mint yoghurt, pickled red onion and, most importantly, those gloriously crispy red onion pakoras.

Served daily from 5pm.
