If you love the roar of a supercar engine, the elegance of a perfectly restored classic, or simply a brilliant family weekend in one of England’s most beautiful cities, the Bath Rotary Festival of Motoring and Music 2026 is unmissable. Returning to the Walcot Rugby Ground on Lansdown on the weekend of 27 and 28 June, this much-loved annual event brings together hundreds of stunning vehicles, live music across two stages, supercar rides, and a fantastic festival atmosphere — all in aid of local charities.
Whether you’re a dedicated petrolhead, a fan of vintage vehicles, a music lover, or simply looking for a fun-filled weekend out with the family, the Bath Rotary Festival of Motoring and Music has been designed with you in mind. And with your short-term rental property in Bath, you’re perfectly placed to enjoy every moment of it.
This festival supports vital local charities including the Bath, Wiltshire & Somerset Air Ambulance and Dorothy House hospice. Your ticket purchase directly helps these extraordinary organisations.

What is the Bath Festival of Motoring?
Organised by the Rotary Club of Bath, this is one of the South West’s most beloved motoring events — a two-day celebration of automotive history, craftsmanship, and modern performance held in the heart of the city. It has grown year on year, and 2026 promises to be the biggest and most spectacular edition yet.
From iconic supercars and beautifully restored classics spanning decades, to rare vintage motorcycles and collector marques that rarely appear in public, the festival showcases the full breadth of motoring history and passion. Every vehicle on display has a story to tell, and the owners are always delighted to share it.

🏎️ The Vehicles — A Showcase of Motoring History
The centrepiece of the festival is its extraordinary collection of vehicles. Hundreds of exhibitors bring their pride and joy to Lansdown across the weekend, creating a display that spans the entire history of the motor car and motorcycle.
What to expect on the showground
Supercars from the world’s most prestigious manufacturers sit alongside immaculately restored classics from every era. Rare and collector marques make appearances that you simply wouldn’t see anywhere else in the region. Vintage motorcycles add another dimension entirely — from pre-war machines to iconic British bikes of the post-war era.
The festival has previously featured vehicles including the Aston Martin DB MkIII, BSA D1 Bantam, and many more rare and cherished examples from clubs and private collectors. Car clubs including the Austin Cambridge Westminster Car Club and the Nostalgia Car Club are among the regular exhibitors, bringing groups of themed vehicles that make for fascinating displays.
The full exhibitor list for 2026 is available at bathfestivalofmotoring.com

🏁 The Parade Ring — Live Action All Day
📅 Saturday 27 & Sunday 28 June 2026 | Throughout the day
One of the most popular features of the festival is the Parade Ring, where vehicles take to the circuit for demonstrations and parades throughout both days. This is where the cars and motorcycles truly come alive — engines running, exhausts singing, and the crowd pressed close to the barriers to savour every pass.
Whether it’s the rumble of a vintage V8, the scream of a supercar, or the distinctive clatter of a classic British motorcycle, the Parade Ring delivers the sounds and spectacle that make a motoring festival truly memorable.

🚗 Supercar Rides — Feel the Thrill
Don’t just admire the supercars from a distance — climb in and feel the performance for yourself. The Supercar Rides are one of the most thrilling experiences at the festival, offering visitors the chance to buckle up and be a passenger in some of the world’s most exciting and powerful cars.
It’s an experience that stays with you long after the weekend is over — and a moment that younger visitors in particular are unlikely to forget. Rides should be booked as early as possible as demand is high.

🎸 Live Music — Two Stages All Weekend
The Bath Rotary Festival of Motoring and Music is exactly what the name suggests — as much a music festival as a motoring event. Across both days, an impressive line-up of live bands and artists performs on two dedicated stages, keeping the atmosphere buzzing from morning to close.
The mix of genres ensures there’s something for everyone — whether you want to sit back with a drink and enjoy the music between exploring the car displays, or dance the afternoon away in front of the stage. The full 2026 music line-up is available on the festival website at bathfestivalofmotoring.com.
Two stages of live music run throughout both Saturday and Sunday. Check bathfestivalofmotoring.com for the full artist line-up.

🍻 Food, Drink & Trade Stands
A great festival needs great food and drink, and the Bath Rotary Festival delivers. A wide range of local suppliers and caterers provide fresh food and refreshments throughout both days — from hot food and street food to cold drinks and sweet treats. There is plenty of choice whether you’re after a quick pit-stop snack or a proper sit-down lunch.
Alongside the food stalls, a range of trade stands and exhibitors offer motoring accessories, classic car parts, diecast collectables, and more — with plenty to browse and buy for the enthusiast in your group.

❤️ A Festival with a Heart — Supporting Local Charities
What makes the Bath Festival of Motoring and Music especially special is the cause it supports. The event is organised by the Rotary Club of Bath, and all proceeds go directly to vital local charities, including:
• Bath, Wiltshire & Somerset Air Ambulance — providing critical care by land and air, bringing hospital-level treatment to the people who need it most, as fast as humanly possible
• Dorothy House Hospice — providing specialist palliative care and support to patients and families across Bath and the surrounding area
• Freewheelers EV Blood Bike Service — a charity providing free out-of-hours courier services to the NHS, transporting blood, pathology specimens, and essential medical supplies
• The Glasshouse Academy — working in partnership with Bath schools to raise aspirations and create opportunities for children
When you buy a ticket or enjoy a supercar ride, you are directly supporting these organisations. It makes attending the festival all the more worthwhile.
