From roast tomato bruschetta with textures of tomato, basil oil and black olive crumb, to charred asparagus with crispy parma ham, cured egg yolk, shaved parmesan and pickled peas, our new dishes are all about seasonal ingredients and thoughtful flavour combinations.

And for dessert? Lemon tart with lemon curd, lemon gel, pastry shards, Chantilly cream, crushed meringue and micro basil. The perfect balance of sharp, sweet and refreshing.
