🍂🍽️ TODAY’S THE DAY AT THE VALLEY HOTEL! 🍽️🍂

At 12 noon today, we officially launch our BRAND NEW WINTER MENU! 🎉

And we honestly cannot wait to show it off!

Now, before anyone asks… NO, we’re not putting the menu on Facebook just yet! 🤣 You’re just going to have to come in and see it for yourselves!

When we say we’ve got a new menu, we really do mean a NEW MENU!

We’ve kept a handful of your firm favourites, including our famous Steak & Ale Pie, our mighty 16oz Gammon and, of course, our traditional Battered Fish.

But apart from those few classics, we’ve pretty much changed the lot!

New dishes, new flavours, some rather unusual creations and plenty of things you certainly wouldn’t expect to see on your average pub menu!

Our team of chefs have genuinely outdone themselves this time. They’ve put an incredible amount of work, thought and creativity into this winter menu, and I really don’t know where they’re going to set the bar for next summer, because this one is certainly something else!

And that’s not all… 👀

I’ll let you into a little secret.

From next month, we’ve got all sorts of wonderful and creative things planned for most nights of the week. We’re not giving too much away just yet, but there’s plenty happening behind the scenes!

Then, before we know it, DECEMBER IS HERE! 🎄

We’ve got our festive evenings to look forward to, and YES… our famous YORKSHIRE PUDDING WRAPS ARE COMING BACK! 😍

And for those who think January, February and March are going to be the usual quiet, miserable months after Christmas…

THINK AGAIN! 😉

We’ve got plans, plenty of them, and we’re certainly not planning on sitting around waiting for summer to arrive!

But that’s all I’m saying for now. 🤐

You can’t beat a proper Sunday roast, and we’ve got a cracking one lined up for tomorrow!

🥩 Anglesey Roast Beef
🦃 Roast Turkey
🌱 Homemade Vegetarian Wellington

All our meat is supplied by JM Butchers of Holyhead, with lovely fresh vegetables from M Hughes & Sons of Llandudno, and of course, our homemade Yorkshire puddings and all the trimmings!

🔥 A LITTLE EXTRA TREAT THIS WEEK!

Our roast potatoes accompanying the meat dishes will be cooked the traditional way, in proper beef dripping supplied by JM Butchers!

And before anyone jumps on the bandwagon, don’t worry! Our vegetarian roasties are cooked completely separately. We’ve thought of that one already! 😂

Proper ingredients, freshly prepared, homemade and supporting our local suppliers. It doesn’t get much better than that!

🕛 SUNDAY – Traditional Sunday Lunch served from 12 noon until approximately 3pm, or until it’s gone!

🍴 And don’t worry, our normal full menu will also be served alongside from 12 noon until 8pm!

❄️ THEN ON MONDAY, SOMETHING NEW!

The original plan was to make the winter menu smaller, keep things simple and scale things back a little.

Well, that went straight out of the window! 😂

Somehow, we’ve ended up with an even bigger menu than before!

Who knows! We’re clearly just a little bit mad here at the VH! 🤣

But one thing’s for sure, there’s plenty of choice, something for everyone, and our kitchen team have certainly been busy putting it all together!
