As summer begins, we're often reminded of why our owners chose Bancroft Leisure in the first place.

Being part of a small, family-run park is very different from being on a large holiday complex.

Here, you're not just a pitch number. We know our owners by name, we're on hand when you need us, and we genuinely care about keeping our parks peaceful, welcoming and well maintained.

There are no crowds, no queues, and no busy entertainment venues. Instead, our owners enjoy a relaxed atmosphere, friendly neighbours, and a place where they can truly switch off and enjoy their free time.

Many of our owners tell us that what they value most is the sense of community, familiar faces, and knowing that the people running the park have a personal interest in making sure everyone enjoys their time here.

After more than 50 years as a family-run business, those values remain just as important to us today as they were when we first started.

World Bee Day – 20th May

One of the things people often tell us they love about Bancroft Leisure is that our parks feel personal.

Because we’re a smaller family-run business, owners are able to enjoy their own little gardens, flower pots and outdoor spaces — creating somewhere that feels relaxing, cared for and genuinely welcoming. 🌼

That means when you spend time here, you’re not surrounded by concrete and crowds. Instead, you can sit out on the verandah with a cup of tea, enjoy the flowers in bloom, listen to the birds and bees, and simply slow life down for a while. ❤️

Those little gardens don’t just look lovely for our owners — they help make the whole park feel peaceful and homely for everyone.

Leave the car behind… the beach is only a stroll away 🌊

One of the things our owners love most about life at Bancroft Leisure is the simple routine of walking straight from the park to the coast. No long drives, no rushing about… just fresh sea air, the sound of the waves and time to properly unwind.

That’s one of the advantages of being a small, family-run park. Life here feels quieter, friendlier and more relaxed. Familiar faces, peaceful surroundings and your own little place by the sea whenever you need it.

Whether it’s an early morning dog walk, fish and chips on the promenade or watching the sunset over the beach, it’s all right on your doorstep here in beautiful North Wales. ☀️🐚”

🌼 Happy May Day! 🌼

We did suggest a nice, peaceful stroll…
but some of our guests clearly had other ideas… 💃😂

Turns out May Day traditionally involves dancing around a maypole —
although we’re not entirely sure this lot have quite got the hang of it!

Still, it’s all part of the fun of this time of year…
longer days, a bit of sunshine, and plenty of smiles around the park ☀️

If you fancy swapping the hustle and bustle for something a little more relaxed (maypole dancing optional!), you know where we are…
