- The kitchen, utility room and dining area contains a full range of appliances - Electric oven / hob, fridge/ freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier, dining table and 6 chairs.
- Rear Garden - The very private and quiet rear garden contains rattan sun loungers, table and chairs. (Very Relaxing!) There is also a garden fish pond with fountain and waterfall feature.
- Summerhouse - At the top of the garden, across the bridge over the pond there is a summerhouse which includes a bar and gym. The bar has 50inch LCD tv with Sky, wifi and a selection of seating along with bar fridges and wine coolers. There is an electric flame effect fire so the bar can be used even during the winter months (Very Cosy!) For your entertainment for nights in or bad weather, the bar also has pool table, table football, dart board and a variety of other indoor games. For those who want to keep fit whilst on holiday, there is also a gym which contains treadmill, cross trainer, bike, rowing machine, ab-toner, multigym and loose weights.
- Large Second Floor Lounge over looking the sea - includes 55inch Flat Screen LED 3D Smart TV, DVD Player, Sky TV, WIFI, Reclining sofa and arm chair, Electric flame effect log fire. Please note:

Wild Waves also has a separate annexe and garden with sea views which at present is used by the owners, This may also be come available for holiday lets in 2017
