This week, we had the privilege of welcoming a family to Church Farm for a very special gathering to remember and celebrate the life of a loved one. 🤍

It was lovely to see family and friends come together to share memories, stories and precious moments in a warm and peaceful setting.

Our food was lovingly prepared from scratch in our little kitchen, and we were honoured to play a small part in helping the family create a meaningful and comforting day.

At Church Farm, we understand how important it is to have somewhere welcoming and personal to gather during life’s most difficult moments. We’ll always do our very best to accommodate you and your family, whatever the size of your gathering.

*Join Our Team* Part Time Team Member.

We are looking for a friendly, reliable person to join our small team at Church Farm Guest House.

This is a varied, hands on role in a busy family run guest house, helping to look after our guests and keep the property to a high standard.

*The role includes:*
- Serving in our breakfast dining room

- Cleaning and servicing bedrooms and self catering accommodation

- Welcoming guests and helping to create a warm, friendly stay

*What we are looking for:*
- Able to work weekends, this is essential!

- Available to work *evenings until 7pm*

- Willing and able to help with *holiday cover* when needed

- Happy to work as part of a team and on your own initiative

- Previous hospitality experience is preferable but not essential , full training will be given

- Most importantly to us is a willingness to learn, a positive attitude, and pride in your work

- You must be reliable, wellpresented and have good attention to detail

- Hours to be agreed

- Weekend and evening availability required

⚽️ First game of the season, and our first Player of the Match medal! 🏅

We’re delighted to be sponsoring the Player of the Match awards for the season and what a fantastic way to start.

Saturdays medal was awarded to the team captain for her hard work, leadership and encouragement of her teammates throughout the match. A brilliant example of teamwork and sportsmanship! 👏

We’ll be sponsoring their Player of the Match medals throughout the season , celebrating the effort, teamwork and commitment of these young players.

Over the weekend, we were delighted to welcome a local family who had extended family staying with us.

It was wonderful to see everyone come together on Saturday and Sunday morning to enjoy breakfast together in our dining room. ❤️

We would also like to say a heartfelt thank you for the beautiful flowers and thoughtful cards you left for our staff.

Your kindness and generosity means a lot to us, it was such a lovely surprise. 💐💌

It was a pleasure to have you all stay with us, and we hope to welcome you back to Church Farm again soon!
