Planning application DC/24/1855:
Proposed redevelopment and change of use of the former public house and outbuildings The Mucky Duck and the adjacent residential property The Old House (Grade II), to a BOUTIQUE HOTEL, RESTAURANT AND BAR
What is proposed:
- 60 cover restaurant
- 18 en-suite bedrooms
- lounge/bar area with seating for 12
- alfresco courtyard seating/dining area of an undisclosed capacity (estimated at circa 120 from diagrams)
- new access road from Hornshill Lane and car parking for 37 cars built in the grounds of a grade II listed building
This is a great step forward in the next life of this famous local pub.
