We provide luxury self catering holiday cottages to rent on the edge of the stunning Lincolnshire wolds, with stunning views. We are also pet friendly.

Situated in Horsington just a few miles from Horncastle and Woodhall Spa in the beautiful county of Lincolnshire, Rose Cottage Farm has recently been renovated into luxurious, self-catering and pet friendly holiday accommodation perfect for both long and short stays. All the cottages have under floor heating and hot water supplied by the latest in green technology a ground source heat pump which p

icks up heat from the liquid filled pipe work that extends out over 300 metres into the field at the rear and with the aid of the heat exchanger supplies plentiful heat and hot water for your stay. All new roof timbers were fitted to the cottages and with having high collars it leaves them all with nice high ceilings making a pleasant airy feel. The cottages are all self-catering. A starter pack containing tea, coffee, milk, bread, eggs and bacon can be purchased in advance and can be placed in your fridge for your arrival. For those special occasions, fresh flowers can also be arranged to be in your cottage for your arrival. In fact, if there is anything we can help you with to make your stay perfect, please just get in touch. We are always happy to help! Also dog lovers will be pleased to know their furry friends are also welcome by prior arrangement.
