The campsite is in the heart of the RSPB's Balranald Nature Reserve and only metres from a beautiful sandy beach. We are open from April to October and have 19 caravan/motorhome hard standing pitches with electric hook-ups and 16 grass pitches, 9 with electric hook-up. Our modern amenities blocks provide electric showers (operated by new £1 coin meter), toilets, wash hand basins, disabled faciliti

es, dish washing and laundry facilities and a drying room. We have a chemical toilet disposal point for use with green/organic additive only. Green toilet fluid is sold from the campsite office. Dogs are welcome but must be kept on a lead. The Dunes Cabin is based on site from April till the end of September. The cabin serves home made soups, freshly filled sandwiches, home baking, filter coffee, teas, ice cream and snacks. www.balranaldhebrideanholidays.com

Fishing boats in the bay at Poll na Crann on the West side of Benbecula. The fishermen are now fishing out West and use the harbour during the summer months. Stunning views to the hills of South Uist 😍

These remarkable birds migrate from Africa each spring to breed in the Outer Hebrides. Now to try and get a glimpse of one! 🤞
