🌾 A 4th Generation Family Farm — Keeping Our Family Business Going 🌾
We thought we’d share a little bit about why we have decided to diversify our 4th generation family farm and open a small campsite.
Farming has been in our family for generations. It’s not simply a job to us — it’s our way of life, our home, and something we are incredibly proud to be carrying on for the next generation. ❤️
But farming is becoming increasingly challenging. Rising costs, changing markets and the uncertainty that comes with farming mean that, for small family farms like ours, we have to look at different ways of keeping the business sustainable.
That’s where our campsite comes in. ⛺️
By welcoming campers onto our farm, we can create another small income stream that helps support the farm and, most importantly, helps us keep our family business here for future generations.
When you stay with us, buy our farm eggs or meat, or simply recommend us to a friend, you are doing so much more than making a purchase. You are helping a small family business survive and helping us continue something that has been built over four generations. 🌱
