We recently carried out a billing investigation for one of our clients after identifying that they had been receiving estimated energy bills over an extended period.

Working closely with the energy supplier, our team investigated the issue and challenged the billing, successfully securing a refund of around £7,000.

It's a great example of why our role doesn't stop once a contract is signed. We proactively manage our clients' utility accounts throughout the year, working directly with suppliers to resolve billing queries, identify savings and make sure businesses aren't paying more than they should.
