Set in the rolling, green Pennine countryside to the south of Huddersfield, it has a well deserved reputation for its warm hospitality, excellent food,

is an ideal stopping off place for travellers heading north to the Yorkshire Dales, the Lake District and Scotland. Situated in the shadow of Emley Moor TV mast, we are a mere five minutes drive from both the National Mining Museum and the Yorkshire Sculpture Park which is the largest in Europe. Chatsworth House, Nostell Priory, Harewood House and the Royal Armouries are all within easy driving distance.
