Heritage Yorkshire Office, leisure and living spaces HD3 and HX5 Wellington Mills is a former textile mill, and restorations began at the beginning of 2004.

The mill now accommodates 38 loft style apartments, as well as luxury serviced and conventional office space, meeting rooms, a gym, spa and Bistro. Heritage Exchange, a division of Viewstone Limited, manages the office space within Wellington Mills and is able to offer the ideal solution for new and growing companies. Serviced offices mean that the majority of costs that a company incurs through r

enting office space and running a business are included in the weekly rental charge, allowing simplified financial planning, with no unexpected charges. As well as the services included within the rental charge, Heritage Exchange are able to offer companies additional services that can assist in the operation and expansion of their organisation.
