Last week we asked Poppy to pick her favourite dish from the summer menu… this week it’s Sean’s turn!

Which, when you’re asking a chef to pick their favourite dish, it's basically like asking them to pick their favourite child 😂

Sean didn’t need much thinking time though… he went straight for:

Grilled Sea Bass
Mediterranean vegetable terrine, fennel, boulangère potato & sauce vierge.

To be fair, we can see why! 👌

We asked Head Chef Poppy what her favourite dish on our summer menu is… and there was no hesitation! 😂

Strawberry parfait, shortbread and black pepper meringue 🍓✨

Sweet, creamy and crunchy – basically, everything you want from a dessert.

It's Poppy’s favourite… but we won’t tell her if you have another one! 😉

Here’s a little reminder of one of our favourite luxury rooms at Caley… Craven’s Nest (B6)

Tucked away on the first floor of the barn, this peaceful room overlooks the courtyard and is made for relaxing.

Think super king-size bed, freestanding bath, large shower, fluffy towels, Maitri toiletries and plenty of space to sit back and unwind.

The perfect little reminder that sometimes, you just need a night away. 💙
