The Barn Guest House and Tearoom Family run, dog friendly B&B & Tearoom, nestled in the heart of Hutton Le Hole, the most picturesque village in Yorkshire

Our licensed tea rooms are open daily. We offer a range of teas and coffees, homemade cakes, puddings, bread and snacks and also more substantial meals, all delicious using the freshest
local produce where possible. The tea room has a log fire, for added warmth and comfort.

🔥 IT'S GETTING HOT! 🔥

It’s a sizzling 38°C in the kitchen and already 29°C in the Tearoom! 🥵

The Barn is a beautiful building and lovely, but is of an age and, sadly, without air conditioning. For the safety and wellbeing of our staff, we’re sorry to say that the Tearoom will be closed today.

We’ll be back Saturday as usual, serving up our famous all-day breakfasts, delicious food and plenty of iced drinks to keep you cool! 🧊🥤🍳

Waste not, want not! Our flowers are always glad of an extra drink 💦 (and we couldn't let good Yorkshire Tea go to waste, could we?)
