The Barn Guest House and Tearoom Family run B&B nestled in the heart of Hutton Le Hole, the most picturesque village in Yorkshire Free Wi-Fi is available throughout most of the establishment.

We have a selection of 6 well presented spacious rooms - single, double, twin and family suites
- all of which have en-suite facilities and are equipped with colour flat screen television, central heating, hairdryer and complimentary beverage tray. Our licensed tea rooms are open daily. We offer a range of teas and coffees, homemade cakes, puddings, bread and snacks and also more substantial meals, all delicious using the freshest
local produce where possible. The tea room has a log fire, for added warmth and comfort.

It’s the May Bank Holiday weekend, the sun is shining, and we’re open again , yay!
Pop in for a cuppa and a bite to eat, enjoy the sheep grazing across the road, or relax in our courtyard with a cake or a little treat.

Sorry, we’re closed today as we’re away at a trade fayre gathering lots of new ideas to bring back with us. We’ll be back open as usual tomorrow, so bob in for a Barn All Day Breakfast and a good cuppa! ☕🥓🍳

The Beadlam charity tractor run was a fantastic day out 🚜 https://beadlamtractor.co.uk/
Great atmosphere and all for a brilliant cause. Loved seeing some real vintage models out on the road, still running beautifully and turning heads everywhere they went.
My favourite had to be one of the classic old Ferguson tractors, simple, iconic, and still going strong after all these years.

Rain tapping at the windows this Bank Holiday weekend, but it’s all warm and glowing by the fire in here 🔥
The log burner’s lit, the kettle’s on, and we've got a new Barn special, venison burger ready for the hungry.
Come in, shake off the damp, and settle down with a proper cuppa and a bite to eat. No rush, just good food and a bit of country comfort.
Door’s open, we’ll keep the fire going for you.

🌞 May Bank Holiday Weekend is here, the sun is shining, and we’re back open!
Sorry that the tearoom had to close briefly while we took care of some urgent drain work, but it’s all sorted now and we’re delighted to welcome everyone back.
The team have been busy in the kitchen and have created a delicious Bank Holiday special: venison burger served with chips and salad. It looks absolutely mouthwatering!
Why not pop down and treat yourself? We’d love to see you. 🍔

What beautiful weather we had over the Easter weekend! ☀️

We were delighted to welcome both our lovely regulars and plenty of new guests to the B&B, as well as lots of familiar and new faces in the tearoom.

We’d like to apologise for running out of several menu items later on Easter Monday and Tuesday. As we didn’t quite manage to sort our Easter Monday delivery in time!
Thank you so much to those who still stayed and enjoyed hot drinks and cakes with us, we really appreciate it.

The good news is that we’re now fully restocked and everything is back on the menu, including our house speciality hot beef roll with gravy and horseradish.
I was sent out to get extra beef and when I asked "how much", the reply was“a foot” (that’s 12 inches / 30cm for those who prefer metric!).
Who orders beef in lengths?! 😂

Anyway, it’s cooked up beautifully and is ready to serve—so grab yours while it lasts!
