Built in the 1890s Seabrook House is an elegant Victorian property with many of its original features preserved and set in pretty gardens. It was transformed to a guest house in the 1980s. Recently, since November 2015, the guest house has been undergoing a gradual refurbishment. It promises to be a high standard Boutique style hotel. The Real Sunlight is currently the first and only invention of its type in the world and fully replicates natural sunlight. The innovation generates full spectrum sunlight with reduced UVA and UVB, full spectrum visible light and infrared heat leading to a unique new relaxing and health giving experience. Seabrook House is located on the hillside of Seabrook with spectacular sea views to France and Dungeness. It is only a short level stroll from the picturesque centre of Hythe with a historic Canal and narrow streets. Hythe was originally one of the ancient Cinque Ports.
