Can you spot Lundy? Been a lovely afternoon here, made time for a quick dog walk on Woolacombe Dunes and thought I would share the view from one of our favourite benches.

Located in North Devon, Lynton & Lynmouth railway is the highest and steepest totally water powered railway in the world.
It opened in 1890 and connects the towns of Lynton and Lynmouth.
It is also grade II listed.
It works on a simple balancing principle where the two cars are attached to each other by cables that run around a pulley wheel at the top.
This is a must do when visiting North Devon, especially since you can also visit the Valley of Rocks which is nearby and boasts fantastic views of the coastline.
