From every direction you see rural views rolling Devon countryside Situated in North Devon between the beautiful golden sandy beaches of Woolacombe, Croyde and Saunton and close to Exmoor and the South West Coast Path, our position is ideal for exploring the wonderful coastline and countryside of North Devon. We serve delicious home cooked food using local North Devon produce. If you are looking for accessible accommodation, Sunnymeade is the place for you.

We have been running the guesthouse for 9 years. During this time we have met, served and prayed for some lovely people. Lisa and I now feel it’s time to start a new chapter in our lives.

From some people’s actions this week it is obvious that there is a misunderstanding of the lockdown rules

Please note!
The main source of income for the south west is tourism
While lockdown is running the tourism industry is closed
This means that all of the following are closed:
Hotels
Guesthouses
B & Bs
Campsites
Any other accommodation
Public toilets
Car parks
Pubs
Food outlets
Coffee shops
Leisure facilities
Shops
Ice cream vans
All attractions
Zoos etc

Also there are no beach lifeguards

If tourism is closed then the south west is closed!

Please do not come to the south west even for a day trip until lockdown is over

However We will be very pleased to welcome you back once the hospitality and tourism businesses are allowed to reopen
