Well - its beginning to feel a little bit like spring - I'm going to take a punt and say this is the beginning of a wonderful long sunny summer...
We are happy to welcome wild campers from now on - please get in touch if you want super quiet camping with minimal comforts and maximum consideration for nature. You'll be sharing the space with badger, fox, deer and perhaps otter amongst other species. You can have the whole place to yourselves or share with just a few (no more than 12 in total). Here's to the wild souls!

A fabulous night of excellent music raising funds for local Ukrainian families via The Pickwell Foundation in the lovely cosy venue of Lee Memorial hall. What’s not to like? Please join us!

Yomer Wood in Lee is open for wild campers. Looking glorious in this beautiful spring weather, the whole site is available to book exclusively for parties of up to 20 people. Facilities are minimal and the site can be accessed on foot only (but that’s what keeps it beautiful!). Message for more details

Tree Planters Welcomed - This Saturday 12th Feb.
We are collecting 200 trees from Devon Wildlife Trust as part of their Saving Devon's Treescapes project this Saturday. We will be mixing up the species in our plantation of larch to increase the biodiversity. If you fancy planting a tree or two, please come and join us with a spade from around noon.... refreshments will be provided.

We are still here! I thought it was about time I updated our website and was surprised to find I was last here on April Fools Day 2018! Perhaps I haven't been able to find anything good to say since then - the last couple of years do seem to have been a catalogue of disaster in so many ways. However, they have also been a reminder of how lucky many of us are to have been born when and where we were and that, whilst pandemics are new to us - tragedy and misery have long been commonplace for many other people....
