Mill Park is a sheltered touring caravan and camping site set in an attractive wooded valley on the North Devon Coast. It has a shop, a takeaway, games room, laundry, and has many other useful facilities such as gas-changing and ice pack freezing. It is surrounded by attractive woodland and is an ideal family site. Being just a short walk to quiet beaches, both sand and pebble. Equally near at hand is the unspoilt and breathtaking beauty of Exmoor. The nearest village, Berrynarbor is just a five minute walk from the site. This village dates back from the sixteenth century and earlier. There is a quaint old country pub, village stores and post office. Buses also pass by the site regularly. We cater for families and couples, and our aim is to create a friendly relaxed atmosphere.

There’s something special about seeing a dad and his son making memories that will last a lifetime! 👨‍👦💙

Mason Edward James Maidment brought his son Carter down to Mill Park Lake and what a session they had! 🎣

Both landed themselves some beautiful carp, with Mason managing to land a lovely 10lb carp! 💪🐟👏

In a world full of mobile phones, tablets and screens, it’s absolutely brilliant to see these two out enjoying the great outdoors, spending quality time together and sharing a passion for fishing. 🌳☀️

🐟 Great news, anglers! Mill Park is open to the general public as well as our guests. Everyone is welcome to come along and enjoy a relaxing day of fishing in beautiful surroundings! 🌿

📋 ⚠️ MILL PARK LAKE RULES ⚠️

To protect our fish, our lake and the enjoyment of all anglers, the following rules must be followed at all times:

🎫 1. Day Tickets
A £10 day pass must be purchased before fishing begins. You must be able to produce your valid day pass when asked by our bailiff, Joe.
🪪 2. Rod Licence
A valid rod licence must be carried at all times while fishing.
🪣 3. Landing Nets
All landing nets must be thoroughly dipped in our iodine tanks before use to help prevent the spread of fish diseases.
🌿 4. Respect Our Lake
Please respect our lake, its surroundings, wildlife and fellow anglers. Leave your swim clean and take all rubbish home with you.
🐟 5. Fish Care
All fish must be returned to the lake promptly and safely after capture. Please handle all fish with care and minimise the time they spend out of the water.

The staff were out on the lake today doing some maintenance and getting the island ready for the duck house to go back… with the official boat supervisor, making sure everything was up to scratch. 🐶🚤😂

The weather isn’t stopping us from kicking off the season and we’re so excited to be welcoming our very first guests this week! 🎉

There’s something special about opening week — the fresh energy, the first check-ins, the sound of suitcases rolling in and families settling in for a well-earned break. 💚

Our team is ready, the park is looking great, and we can’t wait to see Mill Park come to life again for another fantastic season.
